The Hue Academy of Music has set up a group of artists to perform Nha nhac cung dinh Hue (Hue royal court music) for free every weekend to attract more visitors to the former capital city.
An art programme held at Hanoi’s Friendship Cultural Palace on May 15 celebrated President Ho Chi Minh’s 122nd birthday (May 19, 1890 – 2012), and was attended by the Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and other Party and State leaders.

This year’s European food festival will take place at 6 p.m. on May 26 at the National Library of Vietnam, 31 Trang Thi Street in Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
